Thank you for shopping with Ethnic Food. We take pride in offering high-quality fresh, frozen, and dry fish products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

Because our products include fresh fish, frozen fish, dry fish, and other perishable food items:
➡️ We do NOT accept returns once items are delivered or opened.
This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.


2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged items

  • Spoiled products

  • Wrong products

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos as proof

  • A description of the problem

We will investigate and offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund
    depending on the situation.


3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be approved if:

  • The package arrived damaged

  • Items were incorrect or missing

  • Frozen products were melted due to packaging failure

  • Items were spoiled upon arrival

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • Items were not stored properly after delivery

  • There was a delay in pickup by the customer

  • Customer provided an incorrect shipping address

  • Customer changed their mind after delivery


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, only if it has not been processed or shipped.

Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If canceled in time:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages left outside after delivery

  • Missing packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider if needed.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not responsible for lost or returned packages

  • No refund will be issued
